Responsibilities
Reviewing accounts to determine if disconnection or balance transfers are warranted
Monitoring automated disconnect/reconnect processes and resolving failures
Running and analyzing reports to identify trends and system issues
Partnering with management and utility providers to resolve rejected or failed orders
Ensuring compliance with Texas PUC rules and company collection policies
Qualification
Required
2+ years of business experience (or 6 months collections + SAP/CCS experience)
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Preferred
Knowledge of the utility or deregulated energy industry is a plus
