Responsibilities
Reviews drawings per company specifications and other client requirements
Review and make edits to drawings of residential and commercial properties
Prepare Metes and Bounds Descriptions
Prepares new AutoCAD drawings utilizing field work and title work information
Other duties may be assigned as the business needs change
Qualification
Required
Reviews survey drawings, topographical surveys, and related maps
Prepare boundary descriptions for surveys
Draw surveys and make edits to surveys following company standards
Reviews drawings per company specifications and other client requirements
Review and make edits to drawings of residential and commercial properties
Prepare Metes and Bounds Descriptions
Prepares new AutoCAD drawings utilizing field work and title work information
Demonstrates required skills; troubleshoots technological problems; uses technology to increase productivity
Generates survey drawings; translates field work and pictures into draft surveys; uses feedback to modify drawings; applies drafting principles; demonstrates attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Ability to navigate and make updates to the computer folder structure
Preferred
Prior AutoCAD or electronic drawing experience
One-year related experience and/or training
AutoCAD knowledge
