Compiles and balances financial data
Utilizes continuous improvement and lean systems methodology to drive out costs and improve the quality of work/life balance
Creates a positive working environment by supporting DTE Energy and the CFO's initiatives
Analyzes financial data to identify problems and various solutions/improvements
Assists in developing reports to communicate information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Individuals who will be obtaining their degree within nine (9) months from submitting interest will be considered; however, verification of the degree will be required prior to starting in the job
Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others
Proficient verbal, nonverbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to organize work independently and to work in teams
PC Proficiency, including experience with MS Office Products
Preferred
Previous experience in accounting or finance
