Support a diverse range of leaders across industries
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or a closely related field
Deep knowledge of leadership, organizational dynamics, and business growth
Outstanding communication, empathy, and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC)
Master's degree or MBA
