Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective candidates
Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants for multiple roles
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client brands and job responsibilities
Coordinate recruiting schedules across multiple accounts
Book and manage Zoom and in-person interviews
Track candidate progress using ATS platforms
Generate and maintain recruiting reports and candidate data
Post and manage job advertisements across various job boards
Collaborate with leadership to meet hiring goals and deadlines
Qualification
Required
0–5 years of experience
Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using web-based applications and recruiting software
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to self-manage, multitask, and prioritize effectively
Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive, coachable, and team-oriented mindset
