Responsibilities
Assist with laptop and device check-in/check-out, setup, and tracking
Support basic IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity issues)
Help maintain IT inventory and documentation
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding tech tasks
Support internal staff with day-to-day technology needs
Participate in IT projects and process improvements as opportunities arise
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently completed coursework in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
Comfortable working with laptops, operating systems, and basic networking concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on tasks
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Prior IT support experience is a plus, but not required
