Provide product and service information to clients

Update and maintain records of customer issues, resolutions, and generate reports as required

Required

Excellent communication skills — clear, friendly, patient, and professional
At least 1 year of prior experience in a customer/client support or technical role

Comfortable and confident on video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
Comfortable learning new software and online tools
Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets
Trainable on HubSpot (search customers, mark onboarding complete)
