Responsibilities

Provide program-wide administrative and project coordination support
Manage construction documentation and ensure conformance with contract requirements
Navigate and manage SharePoint, retrieve and organize documents, and provide access
File project correspondence, manage scheduling, and coordinate meetings
Support site office management, field data entry, and meeting logistics
Assist in managing schedules and document workflows
Support coordination with project operations and stakeholders
Support safety and quality documentation processes
Assist in data harvesting, preparation of graphic reports, and special projects

Required

5+ years industry working experience in administrative and/or construction project support
Project coordination experience and familiarity with field/construction documents

Bachelor's degree preferred (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field ideal)
