Research Associate - LTI - School of Computer Science

Responsibilities
Reading academic papers
Crafting, running, and monitoring user studies where online crowdsourcing participants interact with an AI system prompted to produce the sociolect
Using statistical tools and thematic analyses for analyzing the results of these studies
Writing up research methodology and results, and taking the paper through an NLP or HCI conference submission flow (submission, reviews and rebuttals, presentation, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Computer Science, AI, ML and/or NLP
Solid experience with basic NLP and HCI research workflows and frameworks
Experience writing research papers
Statistical tools experience
A combination of education and meaningful experience from which comparable knowledge is proven may be considered
Successful background check investigation may be required
