Analysis Technician I
Collabera is seeking an Analysis Technician I to perform board-level failure analysis on 2-way subscriber radios. The role involves diagnosing electronic assemblies, identifying root causes, and documenting findings using advanced test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Perform board-level troubleshooting and failure analysis on rejected electronic assemblies
Use test equipment and simulators to diagnose complex electronic and RF-related issues
Identify vendor vs. process-related defects and recommend corrective actions
Document findings through detailed failure analysis reports and data logs
Work independently and support factory operations, including occasional weekends
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
1-3 years of electronics troubleshooting experience, including board-level analysis
Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power meters
Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Steel-toe boots required
Preferred
RF knowledge preferred
Experience with 2-way subscriber radios (mobile or portable)
