They are seeking a Parts Operations Admin Assistant to support backend Parts operations, ensuring operational flow through reporting, backorder oversight, and communication across locations.

Responsibilities
Communicate issues, updates, and department changes to the operations team and affected branches
Monitor Parts operations for Houston and designated mini-branches to ensure steady workflow and service support
Provide support to Supply Counter PCC/Cat Central Support as needed
Oversee, maintain, and distribute key department reports to ensure accuracy and visibility
Maintain the Backorder Report and provide timely status updates to internal and external customers
Monitor and report cash accounts created weekly for the Credit Department
Oversee Clover Payments reporting for the Credit Department
Support customer onboarding from PCC and assist with account setup processes
Maintain CDID/DCN associations and support updates as needed
Merge or create new CDIDs, DCNs, and CWS IDs to support account accuracy
Track orders for Houston and large branches to ensure visibility and timely follow-up
Associate PCC users and support system access alignment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college education optional)
2+ years of experience in an operations or administrative support role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service mindset with strong internal and external support experience
Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
Experience with AS400 and SIS preferred
