Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex enterprise job schedules
Provide level 2 production troubleshooting for automation
Code and maintain UC4 objects; support development and testing teams in non‑production environments
Automate workflows using Automic scripting
Support disaster recovery tests and exercises and lead SWAT efforts to resolve complex or recurring production issues
Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes using ServiceNow
Provide on‑call and after‑hours support as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in Infrastructure Engineering within enterprise sized environments
Strong in scheduling, automation, and proactive production support across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
Develop, maintain, and optimize complex enterprise job schedules
Provide level 2 production troubleshooting for automation
Code and maintain UC4 objects; support development and testing teams in non-production environments
Automate workflows using Automic scripting
Support disaster recovery tests and exercises and lead SWAT efforts to resolve complex or recurring production issues
Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes using ServiceNow
Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed
Experience with Automic/UC4 Scheduler & scripting
Knowledge of OS/390 JCL, IBM utilities
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, REGEX
Experience with Connect Direct, Sterling Integrator, FTP
Familiarity with ServiceNow (Incident/Problem/Change)
Experience with monitoring, metrics, alerting systems
Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise operations
