Responsibilities
Capture and document business and user requirements for ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping initiatives
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team to ensure alignment on needs and delivery
Translate requirements into user stories, validate development outputs, and support testing to ensure accurate and complete functionality
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, model processes, and drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities
Work with the platform team to estimate releases, support release planning, and ensure successful deployment of CMDB‑related enhancements
Maintain strong oversight of data mapping, discovery processes, and integration needs to ensure proper CMDB population and service visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands‑on work in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, ITIL best practices, and experience with requirements gathering as required by the client
Proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and data mapping to meet client technical expectations
