Integrated Risk Management Analyst
INDUS Technology, Inc. is a customer-focused government services provider specializing in various fields including Engineering and Cybersecurity. The Integrated Risk Management Analyst will provide risk management expertise to a NAVWAR client, developing and executing risk management strategies and documentation, while also assisting in Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing a risk management strategy and respective program for NAVWAR to include preparing high visibility strategy and process documents/instructions and ensuing deliverables for NAVWAR’s executive leadership
Assist in developing Echelon I and NAVWAR executive leadership deliverables for the DON IRM Program (e.g., analyze documents, track various deadlines, and liaise with various stakeholders)
Develop, update, maintain, track, and share best practices, lessons learned, documentation, metrics, and applicable governance to streamline risk management using related tools ( e.g., Azure DevOps (ADO), Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) module, eGRC, and ETMS2)
Assist in executing tasks via an Agile methodology (via ADO tool) and ensure comfortability with becoming an Agile SME
Lead and/or participate in risk-related data calls
Prepare analyses regarding acquisition and risk management guidance. Assist with distributing guidance to stakeholders, as necessary
Represent NAVWAR 6.0’s Risk Management Lead (e.g., in meetings), as needed, and provide detailed notes and action reports
Bid and proposal support if requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required
Seven (7) years of experience providing program/project management support and developing risk management policies and procedures in a NAVWAR, US Navy, or similar DoD environment
Strong understanding of the NAVWAR enterprise, risk management principles (key terminology, methodologies, and frameworks)
Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Must possess strong time management skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
Relevant risk management training (e.g., Risk management-related credential from the Warfighting Acquisition University)
DAWIA or Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management
Relevant commercial certifications such as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Professional Risk Manager (PRM)
