Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and predictive analytics
Rapidly prototype Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to demonstrate AI capabilities and value to clients
Prepare and manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to ensure high-quality model inputs
Support deployment of AI models into production environments using MLOps best practices
Build and maintain APIs that integrate AI capabilities into client-facing and enterprise systems
Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to detect drift and ensure model reliability
Partner with AI Managers to support technical feasibility assessments and client proposals
Collaborate with Ontology Architects to integrate symbolic reasoning (Knowledge Graphs) with neural models (LLMs)
Maintain clear documentation for codebases, architectures, and deployment processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with an AI/ML focus
0–5 years of experience in AI/ML development (including internships, research, or significant academic projects)
Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Java, C++, or Go is a plus
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face
Experience with SQL and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and/or graph databases (Neo4j)
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset—focused on solving business problems, not just technical challenges
