Responsibilities
Own execution quality and delivery outcomes across a portfolio of large-scale conversions, platform implementations for large financial institutions
Establish and enforce consistent delivery standards, methodologies, risk controls, and reporting across all programs
Lead program-level governance including milestones, dependencies, issue management, and executive escalation
Ensure implementation plans are realistic, sequenced correctly, and aligned to client readiness and product capabilities
Set clear performance expectations tied to delivery outcomes, accountability, and client experience
Conduct regular reviews of project health, PM performance, and development needs
Translate complex delivery challenges into clear, actionable options for client and internal leadership
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience leading complex technology implementations or enterprise transformation programs
3+ years of experience managing Project Managers or program teams
Demonstrated experience delivering core banking migrations, large SaaS platform implementations, or similarly complex enterprise programs
Strong command of program governance, risk management, and executive-level communication
Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated enterprise environments
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certifications
Experience scaling delivery organizations or integrating multiple delivery models
