The role involves overseeing the F&I selling process, generating additional income through sales, and maintaining relationships with finance sources to achieve dealership goals.

Responsibilities
Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process for compliance and disclosure with all vehicle deliveries
Generate additional income through sales of additional protection for vehicles, including service contracts and maintenance plans
Benchmark each dealership's production goals with the cooperation of the General Manager to measure the growth and achievement of the dealership's F&I goals
Maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources, including lenders and manufacturers, to ensure the best relationships with internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
Ability to deliver all retail deliveries and complete necessary paperwork
Ability to lead sales staff, including management, to improve profitability and meet or exceed established goals
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematical skills
Preferred
2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, eLeads experience
Associate's degree or bachelor's degree
