2+ years expVetcor is seeking a Client Care Receptionist for the West Seattle Animal Hospital. The role involves greeting clients, managing patient charts, processing invoices, and scheduling appointments while providing excellent customer service in a busy veterinary office environment.

Handling multi-line phones while multitasking
Communicating between departments
Managing patient charts both electronic & paper
Processing/billing invoices, cash handling
Scheduling a variety of appointment types
Client education
Prepping/cleaning exam rooms
Restocking retail items, able carry/lift 50 lbs
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of experience assisting customers both in person and over the phone is required, this should be in an office/medical setting
Knowledge in using multi-line phones
Have general computer skills/knowledge (Microsoft Office, Google Chrome) and the ability to learn new software quickly
Dependability and punctuality are a must
Preferred
Prior experience in an animal care setting is highly preferred (1 year minimum)
