Sales Operations Intern

Responsibilities

Assisting with CRM workflow enhancements and process improvements
Helping maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and standardization
Gathering requirements from sales stakeholders and documenting current processes
Testing CRM updates and assisting with rollout and documentation
Identifying opportunities to reduce manual steps (“clicks”) and improve user experience
Helping connect CRM processes into a more integrated end-to-end flow

Required

Basic understanding of system integrations and business software tools
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and professionally
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Business Development, Business Administration, or Information Systems
Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year or enrolled in a graduate program

Preferred

Exposure to CRM tools, ERP systems, and business analytics preferred
