Responsibilities
Work closely with Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal to define integrated product features
Use data and simulations to support the proposal
Deliver presentations that convey the business need, the problem statement, and the proposed solution
Lead the cross-functional team to deliver the integrated features, shepherding these features throughout the entire V cycle by working closely with implementation and validation teams
Create and maintain feature roadmaps spanning: Hardware, Software, Operations, IT, Safety, Manufacturing, and Validation Teams
Create and maintain high-quality and verifiable feature requirements, decomposing input from stakeholders to drive clarity and precision for systems specifications
Create and maintain MBSE models for new features and use the model to identify additional requirements and edge cases
Lead feature-level triage with cross-functional stakeholders for bugs or reported issues
Qualification
Required
8 years of engineering work experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
Demonstrated ability to design complex systems with multiple software and multiple hardware systems
Demonstrated ability to deliver strong technical documentation (context diagrams, requirement decomposition, presentations)
Experience with systems simulation
Strong understanding of hardware and software development processes
Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience designing fail-safe and fault-tolerant systems
Experience with software development and architecture principles
Experience with ECUs, electrical integration, and log analysis
Experience with requirements management tools (Polarion, DOORS, JAMA, etc)
Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, Magicdraw, Catia Magic, etc)
