Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits, complaints, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal and factual research
Assist with discovery, including interrogatories, responses, and document organization
File court documents in state and federal courts
Coordinate subpoenas, depositions, and service of process
Organize and maintain case files, databases, and discovery indexes
Prepare trial exhibits, binders, and witness materials
Support attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom assistance
Assist with settlement documentation and case resolution support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
1–2+ years of litigation experience
Experience with court filings and discovery
Strong organizational and writing skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a busy litigation practice
Positive attitude and strong team presence
