Responsibilities
Manage multiple SDLC/PDLC programs from a DevOps architectural perspective
Define program charters, operating rhythms, and governance models
Drive program‑level planning, milestone tracking, risk/issue management (RAID), and change control processes
Ensure predictable delivery across multiple Agile teams, vendors, and engineering groups
Streamline and standardize DevOps practices across CI/CD, IaC, cloud operations, observability, security, and automation
Translate business needs into reference architectures for DevOps tooling, pipelines, and automation frameworks
Provide architectural oversight and guidance across development, QA, DevOps, SRE, and cloud teams
Oversee large migration/modernization programs (e.g., GitHub/Cloud/Kubernetes transformations)
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, DevOps engineers, SRE, architects, and platform teams
Ensure best‑practice adherence across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps maturity
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree is a must
