Lead and coordinate site activities for renewable energy projects, gaining end-to-end exposure from construction to commissioning
Manage field teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
Get involved in technical problem-solving, cost tracking, and quality inspections
Qualification
Required
Mechanical Engineering degree or similar
At least 2 years' experience in energy infrastructure projects, ideally with some site supervision or project support background
Willing to work onsite and travel to solar project sites (first project location: Milano, Texas)
