Responsibilities

Enable execution of project transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise and R&D priorities
Coordinate and support cross‑functional workstreams, ensuring on‑time delivery of key milestones
Manage planning activities covering resource alignment, vendor interactions, and project logistics
Apply structured change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) to maximise adoption and minimise resistance
Support readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement planning, and change impact analysis
Develop and deliver communication plans, training materials, and hyper‑care support
Monitor adoption, value‑realisation metrics, efficiency gains, and behavioural change indicators
Build trusted relationships with business partners, digital teams, and project leaders
Facilitate cross‑team alignment, address concerns, and create a collaborative, transparent delivery environment
Own coordination of change management activities within assigned workstreams
Escalate risks, blockers, and readiness issues to program leadership with recommended actions
Contribute insight on rollout sequencing and timing based on stakeholder insights and impact analysis

Qualification

Change management methodologiesClinical development processesCross-functional team coordinationCommunication skillsRelationship-building skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences, IT, Computer Science or relevant subject + significant experience supporting transformation, digital implementation, or clinical operations programs
Hands‑on experience with change management methodologies and tools
Understanding of clinical development processes and how digital technology accelerates them
Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams and coordinating with external vendors
Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills

Preferred

Certifications such as PROSCI, CCMP, PMP are advantageous but not required
