Responsibilities
Lead store operations financial analysis, including labor, occupancy, utilities, supplies, and other operating expenses
Own and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process for store operations
Provide variance analysis, trend insights, and executive-level reporting
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
Oversee the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of store operations data and reporting tools
Serve as a key business partner to Store Operations, Finance, Facilities, and Real Estate leadership
Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
Lead cross-functional initiatives related to store operations performance
Manage, coach, and develop analysts or coordinators supporting store operations analysis
Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and consistency
Track, measure, and report the impact of savings and performance initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in retail operations analysis, finance, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong financial acumen and analytical expertise
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Preferred
Prior people management or project leadership experience
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
