Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

The role involves providing exceptional customer service by managing inbound calls, assisting customers with their needs, and maintaining compliance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
Assist customers with questions, service needs, account updates, and issue resolution
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
Troubleshoot and resolve concerns or escalate when necessary
Meet call center performance goals, including call handling time, accuracy, and service quality
Protect sensitive information and follow company compliance guidelines
Collaborate with team members and participate in process improvement efforts
Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude during every customer interaction
Qualification
Required
1+ year of call center or dispatch experience required
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume phone calls in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and entering data quickly
Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in a service-oriented or escalating-call environment
Bilingual skills (not required but a plus)
