Effectively interact with Onsite & Offshore team members and customer stakeholders
Ensure compliance to SLAs
Regular track and monitor incidents, service requests
Work with the team in Automation
Problem Management
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of SAP SD module, pricing, billing, and integration with FICO/MM/WM
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD both in implementation and AMS projects
Good understanding of OTC business processes like inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, PGI, invoicing
Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing business processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effectively interact with Onsite & Offshore team members and customer stakeholders
Should be able to lead a Team of SD consultants for AMS support
