Assess the security risk landscape for web applications and recommend targeted mitigation strategies
Perform penetration testing and vulnerability scans using tools such as Burp, Zap, or WebInspect
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and security teams to strengthen application security controls
Review and address security compliance tickets, ensuring alignment with required standards
Support containerized environments by applying secure practices across Kubernetes and Docker setups
Communicate security findings, risks, and remediation steps clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related technical field
4+ years of experience in security engineering with a focus on web application security
Ability to perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and handle security compliance tasks as required by the client
Capability to work across Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS environments to support secure application operations per client expectations
