IT Help Desk Support Analyst
Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Analyst who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This role involves providing IT support, diagnosing issues, and maintaining documentation while working closely with the IT Support Manager.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person interactions
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly and professionally
Perform new user setup, password resets, profile updates, access changes, and account provisioning
Install, configure, test, and maintain software applications and workstation equipment
Support deployment of patches, updates, installations, and workstation lifecycle management
Support the implementation of cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory controls
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
2-4 years in IT support or help desk environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
