Sr. Piping Designer

PEAK Technical Staffing USA is seeking a Senior Piping Designer to support midstream oil & gas projects, focusing on existing assets and inside-the-fence facilities. This remote role involves ownership of piping design deliverables from concept through IFC.

Responsibilities

Own piping models through the full project lifecycle to IFC
Develop and refine piping designs from incomplete or owner-supplied models
Adapt designs to evolving scopes and client requirements
Collaborate closely with ownership and technical leadership

Qualification

Required

5+ years piping design experience in midstream oil & gas
Strong experience with existing facilities (terminals, tank farms, pipeline stations)
Advanced CADWorx and AutoCAD skills
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, changing project environments

Preferred

Loading racks, ethanol blending, tank farm operations
Emissions control equipment (flares, VRUs, VCUs)
Pipeline equipment (valves, pumps, metering, launchers/receivers)
Experience working with incomplete P&IDs or laser scan data
