Responsibilities

Provides administrative support and facility access control functions to ensure effective and efficient operations
Administers routine aspects of the DoD or other industrial security program to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures
Performs administrative support for personnel assigned to the facility including online training, technical writing, expense reports, and booking travel
Implements visitor control for the facility and manages access to the facility in accordance with National Security standards; Assists with physical access to buildings, room, couriers, clearances and debriefings
Monitors security procedures to ensure compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures
Assists in revision of procedures
Performs LMS Training administration for assigned employees
Other administrative duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 4 years administrative experience and 2 or more years as a Security Administrator or related experience
Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field
Must have strong organizational, inter-personal, verbal, listening, and writing skills
Must have strong experience with Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and the following Applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
NISPOM and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) experience that is verifiable is required
Must be able to multi-task as well as pay close attention to detail
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform post offer, pre-employment substance abuse testing
Have a working knowledge of FAA 145 approved RSM/QMS/SMS
Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs
On occasion must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders
Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions

Preferred

Experience with Access Commander desired, but not required
