Responsibilities
Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, competitor strategies, and industry trends to provide actionable insights that guide executive decisions, shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge for the organization
Responsible for developing, articulating, and documenting business insights, with strong customer focus, including ability to think in terms of the customer service experience/perspective
Carries out complex assignments requiring in-depth working knowledge of business principles, program and procedures and a solid understanding of relevant business issues
Qualification
Required

Requires experience in research, data analysis, product marketing, product development, sales, or consulting
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, leadership, time-management, and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
