FP&A Analyst (Hybrid)
Allia Health, home to Southend Pharmacy, is focused on making longevity care more accessible and affordable. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for financial forecasting, variance reporting, and overseeing sales commission processes to support the organization’s strategic growth.

Responsibilities
You will produce quarterly forecasts for the entire P&L, including Revenue, Expenses, and COGS, and drive the annual budget process for each business unit using NetSuite
You will collaborate with division heads to lead monthly variance reporting, acting as the bridge that explains the financial surfeits or shortfalls
You will oversee the integrity of our automated sales commission process, serving as the trusted point of contact for the sales team regarding their performance payouts
You will vet Capital Expenditure (CapEx) requests, performing cost-benefit analyses to provide recommendations on new business projects
On a typical week, this role will balance structured monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with high-stakes ad hoc analysis and special projects that address real-time business needs
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of Finance experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.)
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) is the highest priority for success in this role
Familiarity with Access
Ability to find the 'shoutouts' in a spreadsheet—the 3 bullet points that summarize why the data matters
Preferred
Experience with NetSuite or other major ERP/CRM platforms
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
