Responsibilities
Assist our team in building React components from Figma specifications
Implement coded components in our customer-facing applications
Leverage an understanding of software development practices at 1Password to help define standards and best practices for developing frontend code
Develop and utilize tooling to streamline the design and development process for new features
Collaborate with people from across many countries, disciplines and experience levels, who all care a lot about what we’re building
Qualification
Required

Humility: You're not afraid to ask 'stupid' questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them)
Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are

Preferred
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or React
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Experience with Git, SSH, 1Password Command Line Tool, CI/CD pipelines and/or cloud providers
