Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining CART, CAB, and Senior CAB charts to ensure quality standards are met
Coordinating cross-functionally with senior leadership to run effective Corrective Action meetings
Analyzing and reporting on quality-related data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
Recommending corrective actions and developing quality control measures to drive continuous improvement
Ensuring conformance to company and regulatory standards through proactive quality initiatives

Qualification

Aviation quality experienceProject managementData investigationsEffective communicationOrganizational skillsExperience interfacing with GovernmentBriefing senior leadersKPI reporting techniques

Required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
2+ years of aviation quality experience
Experience in project management and use of project management tools
Effective communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Experience interfacing with Government Customer Representatives
Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective-Action (RCCA) efforts
Experience briefing senior leaders

Preferred

Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting techniques a plus
