Responsibilities
Maintain lab environments by managing restores, updates, and overall device upkeep
Troubleshoot network issues by verifying IP assignments and resolving conflicts such as duplicate IPs
Analyze system logs to identify known issue patterns and support root‑cause investigations
Use MacOS/Linux CLI and SSH to access hosts, configure keys, and perform system-level tasks
Execute basic Python or shell scripts to streamline lab operations and automation tasks
Gather and package logs using tools like tar for sharing with engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
2–4 years of experience working with MacOS/Linux CLI, scripting, or lab environments
Ability to troubleshoot networking issues and manage IP configurations as required by the client
Capability to analyze logs, maintain lab devices, and support system updates per client expectations
