Responsibilities
Develop and review structural designs for a variety of projects, ensuring adherence to client specifications and building codes
Prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and construction documents using Revit and other relevant software
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to integrate structural systems seamlessly into overall project designs
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and safety standards
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with senior engineers to solve complex engineering challenges
Stay updated on industry standards, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Accredited bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
Practical experience with Revit and other design software
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural engineering consulting environment
Proven success in project design, effective time management, and strong communication skills
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or in the process of obtaining it
