Responsibilities
Provide support to the Product Support team and resolve customer logs
Learn about Trax Software, eMRO, and eMobility Products
Refine product knowledge to assist Trax customers
Participate in various learning and development opportunities with key stakeholders in the organization
Rotate through different departments and participate in various assignments to expand career portfolio
Qualification
Required
Working towards a bachelor's degree and have graduated or graduating Summer of 2026
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Innate curiosity and willingness to learn about our business
A passion for aviation
Critical thinking skills
Obsessed with Tech
Sense of urgency to resolve customer issues
A team player, with an ability to build relationships across departments
Looking for a full-time opportunity upon the completion of the program
Preferred
Internship or work experience in the aviation and/or software industry, a plus
