Responsibilities
Analyze supplier performance, procurement trends, and inventory data to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, lead times, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy
Support demand planning, capacity analysis, and sourcing strategies using data-driven modeling
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Lead and coordinate cross-functional supply chain initiatives such as supplier transitions, cost reduction programs, and system/tool implementations
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, procurement, operations, and logistics teams
Track milestones, identify risks, and escalate roadblocks to ensure successful, on-time execution
Partner closely with procurement, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to align on supply chain strategies and priorities
Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication and decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or procurement
Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft D365)
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate projects across diverse teams
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Python, strong preference for experience working with Databrics
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools for dashboard creation and reporting
Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably D365)
Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOMs), part-level hierarchy, and item traceability
Understanding of procurement processes, supplier lead times, and sourcing lifecycle
Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management tools
Experience working in aerospace, automotive, or other complex hardware environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and drive insights-based decisions
