Managed Print Services, Tech & Engineering Fellow (Summer)
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Tech & Engineering Fellow for their Managed Print Services team. This role involves providing technical assistance and logistics coordination for printers and scanners, analyzing usage data, and supporting the MPS program team.

Responsibilities
Analyze usage data in Excel and/or Power Bi
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve and maintain printer configuration data in Service Now and vendor portals
Understanding managed print services and responsible printing strategies within an enterprise
Reconcile printer configuration data in Service Now and vendor portals
Analyze printer usage reports and identify underutilized printers
Support end-users through logistical support for printer consumable orders
Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must
The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills
The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player
Entry Level experience providing IT client/technical support
Matriculated in an undergraduate program in good standing with at least 2.5 GPA
All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application
Students' transcript must be submitted
Preferred
Entry level experience with Power BI preferred but not required
Preferred Majors: Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Science, Computer Information Technology, Computer Science
