Responsibilities
Supervise work assignments, response and problem resolution, provide technical support to all maintenance personnel
Directs and assists maintenance techs with maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and keeping equipment in safe and operable condition
Follows and coaches’ maintenance techs in the adherence to guidelines set forth in the employee handbook and brand standards and makes responsible decisions based upon these guidelines
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns as it relates to the upkeep and maintenance of the villas and grounds
Implement and facilitate skills training for assigned teams
Assist in controlling department budgetary expenditures
Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Manager of Facilities Ops or General Manager
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license, and minimum of 1 year of driving experience
Must meet company required motor vehicle policy standards
Demonstrates a sincere dedication to provide an unsurpassed level of ownership and guest satisfaction
Demonstrates a professional appearance and pleasant personality
Demonstrates a high degree of judgement and making sound decisions
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and organization
Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written standard operating procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Ability to operate all maintenance and grounds machinery
High school diploma / GED
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Preferred 2 years of experience in a leadership role
