Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to ESD compliance check failures, ESD acceptance testing, ESD Botron tester troubleshooting and repair, monitoring, and collecting data
Utilize ESD equipment based on ESDA and the Manufacturer’s directions
Monitor and operate multiple ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) equipment
Verify that machines are recorded accurately in computer programs
Communicate ESD issues with area personnel
Analyze equipment performance discrepancies and communicate possible causes
Validate the accuracy of ESD data
Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings
Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of relevant experience
Ability to solder, use an O-Scope, and a voltmeter
Preferred
Prior experience working with Electrostatic Discharge systems
Electrical/mechanical skills
Robotics experience
Troubleshooting electronics
