Responsibilities

Work together with key business partners to gather requirements and create project plans used to successfully deliver IT projects
Collaborate with other experts, consultants and IT team members to ensure project deliverables and technology standards are adhered
Establish and lead the right communication mechanisms and rhythm with project teams and key stakeholders
Engage and work with resources across the various functions to ensure requirements are met - Drive appropriate changes as needed
Lead software testing cycles which may include writing and executing test scenarios
Create project documentation which includes a requirements backlog, test plans and project schedules
Follow an SDLC or software release process when leading projects (waterfall, agile, etc.)
Successfully manage the project management triple constraint (scope, schedule, cost)

Required

Bachelor's degree IT, Engineering, Business or a related field coupled with 5+ years of professional experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Copilot
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Experience working with MS Project, MS Planner, BaseCamp, Teamwork or other PM software
Experience with TPM, RGM, ERP, planning, BI and WMS applications a plus
