Information Technology Support Specialist
Confidential is seeking an IT Support Specialist who provides hands-on technical support and manages user access and hardware. This role ensures a secure, reliable IT environment and supports employees across multiple office locations.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across office locations
Conduct IT onboarding for new hires
Troubleshoot Windows device issues and MS 365
Administer user accounts, access, and policies across core business systems- Office entry security systems, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, Corporate LDAP
Support system enhancements, integrations, and rollout
Own end-to-end laptop lifecycle: ordering, imaging, configuration, shipping, and returns
Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
Support hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements
Manage device security and compliance
Enforce security standards: MFA, compliance automations
Assist with security audits
Qualification
Required
2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
Bachelor's degree in IT engineering or related field
Microsoft support skills
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work onsite 4x/week
