New Grad, Entry LevelMountain View Hospital is looking for a Data Entry & Office Specialist to join their team. This position provides support for the Occupational Health/Employee Health Program, involving responsibilities such as answering phones, performing general secretarial duties, and ensuring follow-ups with clinics and specialists.

Responsibilities
Answers phone calls appropriately and professionally. Takes messages in full detail
General secretarial duties to include filing, mailing documents, making claimant folders, copying/scanning/uploading documents, making claimant folders
Responsible for communicating Drug Screen results and Physical ability to work forms to DER and faxing all appropriate paperwork to MRO
Ensures Marketing material is plentiful at all times
Responsible for ensuring follow ups for all clinics and specialists are done daily
Updates all return mail contact information
Qualification
Required
Must be a high school graduate or an accredited secondary educational system
Must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite products (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Knowledge of basic Workers Compensation and medical terminology is essential
Must have a current driver's license
Knowledge of Workers Comp. and Medical Terminology
Must be familiar with computerized information systems and office equipment such as fax, copier, and scanning devices
Must have the sensitivity, maturity, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Requires assessment and planning, calculation, analyzing, sorting, comparing, ability to prioritize, listening, decision making and reading comprehension
Job tasks should be completed in a timely manner, and all deadlines met appropriately
