Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising’s long-term business and technical goals
Partner with senior leaders, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally
Collaborate with engineering, product, GTM, Salesforce administrators to design and implement scalable, and efficient system architectures
Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights
Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Experience with AWS or cloud technologies
Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
