Responsibilities

Manage financial tracking, reporting, and analysis for the Business Services team
Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring all financial transactions adhere to Sarbanes‑Oxley standards
Support budget, variance, and cost tracking activities and assist with month‑end close procedures
Oversee master data creation and financial accounting related to catastrophic insurance claims
Serve as a primary liaison for risk management, coordinating claim discussions between internal teams and insurance adjusters using PALMS
Perform periodic administrative tasks including limited accounts payable, inventory support, and indicator tracking
Ensure timely retrieval, compilation, and organization of records to support audits and operational needs
Own the full application testing lifecycle for internal and external systems, including end‑to‑end user acceptance testing (UAT)
Execute test scripts with precision; accurately identify, document, and validate defects
Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues in real time and support root cause analysis
Develop a strong working knowledge of the technical solutions being delivered—becoming the subject matter expert for your assigned workstream
Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and customer experience

Required

Strong financial reporting and compliance experience
Experience with SOX compliance and risk assessment
Hands-on QA or application testing experience for a minimum of 3 years
Experience in administrative, financial support, records management, or SOX compliance for 11–15 years
Exceptional cross-department communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage complex workflows and work with multiple stakeholders
High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability
High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred

SAP experience preferred
Exposure to Agile development methodologies ideal
