They are currently looking for an Analyst I HelpDesk Support who will be the first point of contact for end users with IT service issues, responsible for recording details and troubleshooting or escalating issues as necessary.

Responsibilities

Recording the details of reported IT service issues

Service requests

Working to either restore service as quickly as possible

Alerting and/or escalating them to the appropriate next level support groups

Participate in 24/7 On-Call rotation

Required

5-7 years minimum in-depth, hands-on support role on IT Service Desk or customer support environment

Experience in working with desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones

Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (OS) and Office suite

Working knowledge of Service Desk software and remote-control tools

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Experience with incident tracking software

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

Associate's degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study or equivalent experience

Preferred

Experience supporting the latest versions of Windows Client OS and Microsoft Office Suites

Experience with Freshservice Incident management

Experience providing Mobile device support

Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory & Azure

Familiarity with the Energy industry

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience
