Responsibilities
Pick up mail from Post Office
Process incoming mail
Process outgoing mail
Sort interoffice mail and deliver within the agency
Serve as a courier for the agency by making deliveries to other state agencies and picking up packages from other state agencies via state owned vehicle
Prepare packages to be shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS
Maintain records and supplies in warehouse
Assist with gathering shredding containers for pickup
Operate Electric Pallet Truck
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent multitasking and customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Punctuality
Regular attendance
Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience
High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid MS Driver's License
Ability to lift boxes up to approximately 55 pounds
