Responsibilities
Develop, promote, and maintain strategic roadmaps
Create business cases for new capabilities
Lead implementations from planning through go-live
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and organizational policies
Manage scope, timelines, and budgets
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
Validate testing and quality assurance processes
Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to align solutions with business needs
Facilitate communications between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors
Identify risks, issues, and performance challenges with existing implementations
Continuous monitoring of existing implementations and identification of improvement opportunities
Promote adoption of capabilities and drive process optimization
Identify and monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements for platform efficiency and user experience
Qualification
Required
7+ years in IT delivery or project management roles
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (e.g. ITAM, ITOM, EA, ITSM, VR, SIR)
Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT environments
Azure DevOps / Microsoft Project
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
ITIL Foundation or higher
